CNC Router

Its been a while now since we added the CNC router to our workshop and we thought it was about time we let you know what it’s been up to!

The ability to cut wood, plastics, foam and even thin aluminium has opened up a new whole world of scenic creations. We have even bought a second machine specifically for machining a range of metals, that allows us to manufacture panels and components in house.

The Full sized 2.44m x 1.22 vacuum bed holds the work pieces firmly whilst the 3phase spindle passes through the material below with a 0.05mm accuracy. Have a look at some of its creations!
